This fabulous app allows you to import forms and add information.  It allows you to store it offline.  You are able to adjust font sizes to match the text of the form.  Allows for stored signature.  Also easily connects to email or printers.  Very easy to use!  It just stamps the bottom of the page with Scanwritr.  I can handle that!

This is a great video option that acts like a text message.
